A CortexGraph subscription is a monthly license for continuous workspace access, ingestion connectors, the MCP surface, and ongoing platform updates. Your ingested knowledge, primitives, and threads remain yours and exportable in open formats.
Software Usage
A workspace subscription covers your team and the agents you connect into it. You may access the workspace from any client and connect any number of MCP-compatible agents within fair-use limits. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or sharing of workspace credentials outside your organization is prohibited.
Third-Party LLM APIs
CortexGraph is the context layer. The agents you connect — Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, your own — talk to LLM providers under their own terms and billing. Any model usage, API costs, or autonomous-agent loops triggered against those providers are your responsibility.
No Warranties
The platform is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We engineer for durability and resumability, but we are not liable for data loss, accidental primitive deletions, or unintended agent behavior. Treat your workspace like production: back up exports, scope agent permissions, and review automation.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If CortexGraph isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first invoice for a full refund.
