When you subscribe to CortexGraph Vault, you are purchasing a monthly license for continuous access to the software and its updates. Your underlying markdown data remains yours forever, stored securely in the cloud in open formats.
Software Usage
A single subscription covers personal use across all your devices. You may access your cloud vault from your laptop, desktop, and mobile devices simultaneously as long as your subscription is active. Commercial redistribution, cracking, or unauthorized sharing of the software binary is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party LLM APIs
CortexGraph Vault is a structural environment. We do not provide LLM intelligence directly. You must supply your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or connect to a self-hosted model. Any costs incurred by third-party LLMs executing tasks within your Vault are solely your responsibility. We are not liable for autonomous agent loops that rack up API charges.
No Warranties
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we built the Vault to be extraordinarily durable and reliant on open standards like Markdown, we are not liable for data loss, accidental graph deletions, or agent-induced chaos. Always back up your graph directory.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If the Vault does not fit your workflow, email us within 14 days of your initial subscription for a full refund.
